THE MUSIC AND ART OF DARYL HAYOTT

ABOUT DARYL

Daryl Hayott worked for Electric Lady Studios as a session musician when he was 16 years old.  He was subsequently signed to Warner Brothers and played with artists such as Teddy Guy, Al Jareau, Sade and other Warner Bros. artists. He is a multi-instrumentalist and plays up to nine different instruments.  He also paints and draws.  He did two tours in the United States Marine Corp. and is a martial artist who won the title of East Coast Champion three years in a row.  He suffered a stroke in 2015 and is still in recovery.

I had the opportunity to work with Daryl briefly prior to his stroke and he produced several songs for me. Some of his instrumental pieces are available for sale here.
