When I bought a 2022 calendar at the end of December, I asked that it be filled with really fun gigs for the summer. I am so very excited because it's happening.
I am also really thrilled to be working with Renee Prescott, whom I lovingly refer to as "My Boss Lady Manager." I've wanted to work with Renee for years, but every time I approached her about the idea, it was never really the right time. She was really busy and more so focused on her band (Shaded Soul) and I, though I had the desire, I didn't really have a solid package together. 
During my short stint in Vegas, I learned how to support myself full-time performing music. When I returned home to Connecticut, it took me a couple of years to get it together, but I finally began doing my thing in 2021. The North End Hartford Market, Windsor Farmers Market and some private shows popped up. The time was right for me to reach out to Renee yet again to ask her to be my agent. Now, with her band running smoothly and full tilt, she decided to think about working with me. I invited her to watch me perform at the Windsor Farmers Market and she came down. The timing is right for the both of us and now we're a team. Yay!
