Each hat is unique. There is only one of each.
Tomaca and the boys are going into the studio in July. We don't have an actual date yet because we're waiting for the world to come back again. But, once it does, we're going in and we're going to knock out five songs. They're cover tunes that will be used for promotional purposes so we can get gigs.
We are also doing video during the session for promotional purposes.
It's going to be so much fun!
Have you even been in the studio before while a band is recording? It's awesome! All the musicians are there, plugged in and ready to go! The energy is phenom!
If you join us, you can hang out and listen, watch and absorb the process.
Want to shout it out and go all facebook live?? Do it! Make your friends jealous because they're not doing something as cool as you are!
With whichever options you choose, your name will be listed on Tomaca's website as a Special Team Member! We'll post pictures of you and the band on the site. Cool, huh? Yeah!
Wanna be all private in a corner while the vibe is going on? You can do that too. We will respect your privacy.
It's going to be a great day, a great session and we're are totally going to rock it all out! We're hyped and excited to do this. Join us!
The money will be used to help pay for the studio sessions, the production work and video. If for some bizarre reason the world goes belly up and Tomaca and the band do not go in the studio, your money will be refunded within two weeks. Other than this reason, there are no refunds.
Hurray! It's reopening in June 2020!
Many of us have been waiting for the world to return to normal. I am so happy that it is slowly happening. I love, love, love doing the Windsor Farmers' Market and it's coming soon!
The market will run from June - October 2020 and Tomaca Designs will be there. Thursdays from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Located downtown Windsor on Broad Street in the parking lot across from CVS.
Hopefully, occasionally, you'll see Tomaca the singer there too. They have musical entertainment and I've asked to be placed on the roster. I did it once toward the end of last year on a day that we were rained out. Bummer. All set up and ready to go and here comes the rain. Oh well - I hope to be there this year singing. That would be awesome. Be ready for some great Motown and other oldies but goodies. Some new things from today's popular music on the radio waves also. It will be great fun!
Tomaca Designs -- I've been dormant and sewing at home. I've not put anything on line; I'm saving it all for the live market which I love so, so much. I do have some wonderful bags in store though. I will start sharing photos on my facebook page mid-May. Just enough to get my buyers excited for the market.
Thanks for reading. I will see you soon!
A long time favorite of mine, this song. I wish there was a slightly bouncier version of this song to perform to. So, all of you talented music producers - if you've got one, I'd love to sing it!
Since people are complying with the quarantine as the completion of the 5G roll out and tower installations take place around the world under the guise of this corona thing, I thought this would be a good time to post this song: We Can't Change the World Tonight.
We've all been debating and trying to understand this whole thing with the corona virus. I am not here to argue with anyone, but have my own steadfast beliefs about all of it. Meanwhile, like I said, since we are quarantined, here's a song for your enjoyment and reflection.
It's a beautiful song written and produced by Bob Hausler of Michigan. A multi-instrumentalist, producer, songwriter and artist who is truly invested in the musicians in his state. He founded a song writer's guild and offers support and encouragement to everyone.
He's been nominated for and won many awards and accolades that he never made the effort to seek. He stands out because of his talent and commitment to his craft. Please visit his website at https://www.bobhausler.com/.
Thanks Bob for this song. It's really pretty.
